[VIDEO] Using the ISOBREW bottling machine

  1. Start by sanitising the equipment.
  2. Place the stainless steel tray under the bottling machine.
  3. Close the overflow and filling valves.
  4. Set your gas line to the same pressure as the tank containing your carbonated liquid. CAUTION: do not exceed 1.5 bar. We recommend filling your bottles with liquid below 5 °C.
  5. Connect your first hose to your CO₂ regulator, then the second one to the pressurised tank containing your product.
  6. Place your bottles under each spout and lock them by raising the levers.
  7. Open the gas-side valves: the bottle is pressurised. You can open the overflow valve slightly to purge the oxygen from the bottles.
  8. Open the liquid-side valves.
  9. Adjust the overflow valve so that the gas in the bottle can escape while keeping a steady filling speed.
  10. Once the bottle is full, close the filling-head valves (position perpendicular to the bottling machine).
  11. You can remove the bottle when the pressure gauge starts to drop.
    Cap or cork your bottles quickly.
