Object

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by ISOBREW.

Scope of application

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the site.
They are valid for all sales to customers residing in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Products

The products sold are those presented on the ISOBREW site on the day of consultation by the user, however some new products not indicated may be added to the products sold.
Certain products are accompanied by instructions for use and/or assembly.

Price

Prices are given in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B du CGI).
Delivery charges are not included in the prices shown and will be added when the order is validated.

Method of payment

You can pay by credit card in the online store, or directly by bank transfer on request.

Control

To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the basket, and follow the validation steps.
The order is confirmed by a summary e-mail sent to the customer.
By validating the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

The order is validated once payment has been made from the online store or by bank transfer.
It is possible to reserve an order with a deposit by requesting a quote when the product is out of stock.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated on the order.
Delivery times vary according to the country of destination and are given for information only.
Delivery charges are payable by the customer.
All European Union countries are eligible for delivery(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.
Return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. in its original condition.

Legal warranty

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Liability

ISOBREW can not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
In case of force majeure, the responsibility of ISOBREW can not be held liable.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds :

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is issued. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@isobrew.fr.

Replacement

If the item you have received is damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your parcel at contact@isobrew.fr and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
Replacement times may vary according to stock availability.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send it to :

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Intellectual property

All content on the site ISOBREW (text, images, logos) are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction is forbidden without prior authorization.

Personal data

The information collected at the time of ordering is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

Modification of the GTC

ISOBREW reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
The applicable GTC are those in force at the date of the order by the customer.

Acceptance of T&Cs

The customer declares that he/she has read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them unreservedly before confirming his/her order.
